We typically provide maintenance reminders for the following items:

• Preventative Sewer Rodding (anywhere from 4 times per year to once every 2 years)
• Chemical Root Treatment (once every 1 to 2 years)
• Water Heater Clean & Flush (once per year)
• Furnace / Boiler Tune-Up (once per year in late summer to early fall)
• Air Conditioner Tune-Up (once per year in late spring to early summer)
• Battery Back-Up Pump (2 to 4 times per year)
• Sump / Ejector Pump (once per year)
• Certify Back Flow Preventer (RPZ) (once per year)
• Winterize Home (once per year)
• De-winterize Home (once per year)
